How I Started:
I was originally really overweight and the doctor suggested that I do some light exercises to fix my health problems. Leg extensions with ankle weights quickly turned into all out workouts

I have been doing my deadlifts towards the end of my back workout. Partly because I like to have my back really warmed up and partly because I get so worn out from deads. Anyone have thoughts on this? I want to build strength, but power has never really been one of my strong points.
