always been doing sports growing up. water polo, swim, pole vault, cross country, wrestling and always getting injured at my peak. that would always set me back but made me determined to get a great physique and maintain it.
Why I Love It:
i love the extra energy it gives me. i also like the attention i get, when i get it on occasion from girls ha. i love beating friends that are bigger then me in mma and arm wrestling. also like when i can take my shirt off anywhere and not be embarrassed. instead i feel pride.
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated by looking at others who aren't in the gym and unhappy with their bodies. i keep reminding myself i never want to be in their shoes. and i always keep in mind that there is always room for improvement.
BB Accomplishments:
always bouncing back from serious injuries and four near death experiences.
basically after this i lost the function of an opposable thumb and feeling in my left hand thumb, index, and middle finger.. kinda bugs when im tryin to lift now
look better than timberwolf and be stronger than him.. someday get sponsored by some workout company
Goal (Long):
get in the best shape of my life. i want to run as fast as possible. lift as much as possible. maintain an awesome physique. be an al around athlete. maybe even join the track team to pole vault again. also get back into shape from an accident involving both arms last may and the entire summer becoming a couch potato.
recently i became certified to be a personal trainer and i want to get in shape so clients know i mean business and i know what im talking about.
