I worked out for about 3 years when I was in high school.Then after 10 years I hurt my back,then I was tired of being weak and I wanted to get back in shape .

In february I hurt my right knee pretty bad doing squats. It was hard to walk for awhile so I had to stop training my legs; it bummed be out and I quit lifting altogether. But now my knee is back to normal and I am getting back in full swing.I have not lost much muscle so I am happy about that.
