How I Started:
Got started lifting in the garage with my Dad, for football. Haven't seriously been lifting in years. Mainly just doing enough to get by but not grow any. No cardio, so I'm really heavy!
Why I Love It:
The muscular size that is attainable is Greek God like. Pushing yourself to the limit.knowing you can always try harder and look better.
Since I was a teenager I have had a muscular body with a layer of fat over it...plus a larger amount around the gut area. My goal is to be able to see what my abs look like.
So the last 2 weeks I didn't do any cardio and only made it into the club to lift weights, diet stayed the same. I stayed around 285 for that 2 week period. Last Thursday I was told that they were going to start a weight loss pool at work. $10 bucks to lose 10lbs in 5 weeks, weigh in was...
Well...hello Wichita! Are you a K-State fan, or KU? I lived in Wichita or about 5 years, worked at Taco Shop, Webb Rd. location for 3 of those years! I was in better shape then, getting back on track now!

Sure thing. Just make sure to take a week off between bottles to give your thyroid a break. Even though synthetic guggulsterones aren't supposed to have side effects, they've only been on the market a relatively short while. Better safe than sorry when dealing with a "master gland" ya know?
