yo man, if you wanna get ripped its not just about lifting weights, your diet and cardio must be in check! As far as diet goes just don't eat any crap, get your protein, carbs, and fats from good food sources, and do interval cardio 3x a week!

Right now Im in a jump rope phase. I do love running but the shoes are sooo expensive and mine are worn out right now and havent been able to get new ones just yet. Hows your training going?
