I got the go ahead to get back to the gym....tomorrow morning we start the process all over again. While i have been off i have been working on my diet. While not perfect, i have lost about 8 lbs. in the last 4 weeks just from that with no exercise. We will see what happens from here.
Hey there! Just checkin to see how you are doing today. Reading over your post--whether you make it to the gym or not you can still work out at home. Don't be so hard on yourself! Tell your wagon to get the heck back here! Jump right back on and just consider it a bump in the road. Living healthy is a lifetime challenge! YOU CAN DO IT!!!!!!

A great way to get in the shape you want is by following the Body for Life program. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat during the 12 week program. I suggest you give it a look-see and decide what you think. I believe that by using their weightlifting, cardio & nutrition program you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. Give me a yell if you wish.
