Workout Program:
I do one hour of cardio a day either it be a video I put in or fast walk for 30 mins twice a day. I then do the Baywatch workout for a total of 30mins and I do another buns workout. Sometimes Pilates in place of a workout. I do the thigh master for about 5 mins a day the weighted hula-hoop for 5 mins twice a day and the I do arm workouts about 50 curls each arm and I do 50 over the head along with 50 going back. I do I do about 100+ crunches a day along with 80 obliques each side. I do about 100 squats 50x2 times a day and 20 lunges or more a day. I think this is the best because it's not too strenuous and I am getting all my trouble zones worked out throughout the day instead of all at once.
