How I Started:
I started working out after I reached my highest weight ever a gruesome and devestating weight, I looked in the mirror had a tire, saddle bags, and cellulite I needed a change.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because each time I do I feel the change I see benefits and I feel better inside.

My 18th birthdy, my senior year in h.s. and my amazing boyfriend.

I want to lose a total of 60 lbs of fat by my 18th birthday and be able to run a marathon.
Goal (Long):
All of my life I have been a bit bigger I developed so early beginning in 3rd grade, now I am just tired of not being able to enjoy Summer or anything because I am too fat, being a bigger teen sucks you can't find cute clothes or even run around in little skirts its very depressing and I am tired of being an unhappy child so I want to lose weight by my 18th birthday so I can be a happy adult from day one and even if I don't reach 60 lbs I wanna be very close and on my way there.

Workout Program:
I do one hour of cardio a day either it be a video I put in or fast walk for 30 mins twice a day. I then do the Baywatch workout for a total of 30mins and I do another buns workout. Sometimes Pilates in place of a workout. I do the thigh master for about 5 mins a day the weighted hula-hoop for...
