My favourite state in the union. Used to get down there a couple times/yr, being only 60 minutes away (although Mpls is 6.5 hrs). But lately it is once every 18 months or so. Keep up the effort. W

welcome back to bb! I had a huge injury in march(see pic in my progress photos) and what SAVED me is that i went to a chiroprctor who specialised in sports medecine. He told me that the BEST thing i could ever do is continue to train for faster re-hab. He was right. I feel great.(I feel your pain totally)
Thanks! I haven't seen a huge difference in the scale but I have definitely become more defined. I went from a size 12 to a size 4 - so I am a believer in p90x!
I love p90x! yes the moves are a litle difficult at the start but they will get easier. my first couple of workouts I almost threw up and I thought I was in decent shape! I don't do any of their supplements but I take protein on a regular basis.
