I'm going to train to be the best I can be for me!!!
Goal (Long):
I fell off the wagon from my last competition and gained alot of weight. I want to add more muscle but I hate eating clean. I love junk food and sweets. I want to clean up my diet and be lean year round. My next show I want to come in bigger and much tighter!
Thank you Marie! The show wasn't very organized, but overall it was a learning experience and it was fun! I will be doing it again ;) just have to bulk some and find the right show in the right amount of time.
i am acutally going to show this to my wife, she did a gastric bypass 5 years ago and has lost a lot of weight, but there is no way i can get her to step foot in the gym. any sugg.
How far out of my comp should I start dieting down? I'm confused on what type of diet to follow because there are so many recommendations out there i don't know what is a safe bet to use.
Power liftning will really increase your confidence and improve your training its easier cause diet isnt a factor and you rest longer 3 days on 4 off and youll be shocked at your 1 rep max # cause you have no idea what it is right now try it in your off season Im taking a try at bodybuilding for the first time and Im really starting to understand proper diet the workouts I love the diet is a pain in the ass I like to eat
