I fell off the wagon from my last competition and gained alot of weight. I want to add more muscle but I hate eating clean. I love junk food and sweets. I want to clean up my diet and be lean year round. My next show I want to come in bigger and much tighter!

I will be at IL state! Wish I didnt submit my entry money since my conditioning is totally off right now. I thinking about doing a show in Indy on 13th of June. I should be on point by then.

Thanks! Still trying to figure out cutting water and carbing up! I did the IL State this past May and placed second in novice heavyweight. I want to do it next year, the guys are huge!
Hey! I'm doing pretty good, ready to get back into the gym tomorrow and hit the legs. Started a new workout and diet this week so i get almost every other day off from the gym. Weird, so used to lifting 5xs a week back to back days. I need rest though so i will be alright. You did a show recently? How did i miss that!! SO COOL! You are awesome! CONGRATS on the win girl!
