Overall Goal: complete power 90 bootcamp, start with 20 minutes six times a week of cardio, adding seven minutes a week for 10-11 weeks building up to 90 minutes of cardio six times a week. started september 14th goal date is december 2nd when we go on vacation.

I have never tried the Flax seed in my shakes- i usually put it in CC and yogurt combo and sometimes sprinkle it on salad
I have to try that sometime
