Overall Goal:  To do my first show finally! June 6th! After that it will be time to add some muscle. I want to add size to my shoulders and work on my lower half. I have to start somewhere though, so that will be my long-term goal.

How I Started:
I have always liked to stay in shape, but it was not until I picked up an Oxygen magazine, that I decided I wanted to build some muscle and compete (figure) in the future! I love it!
Why I Love It:
I love how I have added muscle to my once very tiny frame. I realized that skinny is not cool, and muscle is what I love! I love the feeling when I train, and it makes me feel great.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love this lifestyle, and that probably is the number one thing that keeps me motivated, as well as seeing my progress. Also, looking at some of my favorite competitors and seeing what they haven accomplished is very motivating!

What abdominal workout has worked best for you?
Ab work with weight! Lots of weight.

Wow, I really can't believe I am finally doing a show. That has been a long term goal for me, so I am happy I can say I have finally done one! There are a lot of areas I need to improve on, but I have to start somewhere. Hopefully I will look and do okay! I am not nervous yet, but I am sure...

Beautiiful pics, and great job with progress! Lean and slender, but with good muscle, I really like that deep hamstring/quad seperation that shows in your avi. It's obvious you've been doing a great job hitting the weights, keep it going!
