How I Started:
I have always liked to stay in shape, but it was not until I picked up an Oxygen magazine, that I decided I wanted to build some muscle and compete (figure) in the future! I love it!
Why I Love It:
I love how I have added muscle to my once very tiny frame. I realized that skinny is not cool, and muscle is what I love! I love the feeling when I train, and it makes me feel great.
How I Stay Motivated:
I love this lifestyle, and that probably is the number one thing that keeps me motivated, as well as seeing my progress. Also, looking at some of my favorite competitors and seeing what they haven accomplished is very motivating!

What abdominal workout has worked best for you?
Ab work with weight! Lots of weight.
Do you socialize while at the gym?
What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
Whatever is clean! I don't really care about what I look like,bc I am there to workout not to look all glam.

So I have been on my new "bulking" plan for 3 weeks now and have gained 1.5 lbs, so not bad. I want to keep it that way, a slow process hopefully controlling fat gains. But then again I don't really care that much because dieting will come in time and it is easy as pie for me to diet....
