big.fishy Glad to hear everything is going well with you, keep it up! I have currently been trying to bulk back up but the more peanut butter, pastas, and oatmeal I eat the more weight I lose. Been struggling to pack it on. Oh well, I guess I will just deal with it. Other than that I have been hitting heavy weights with low reps and no cardio. I get enough cardio at work! user1641510001591 Consistency is key. I got frustrated early on because I wasn't losing. I went on P90X and it literally melted off me. Now I am bulking up (lean mass add) and trying to drop BF. Keep it up. Slow and steady wins the race. Take care. Sep 17, 2010 10:14pm
