i started in 2005 when my sister quinceanca was coming up n i just started working out n so i wouldnt look fat in my dress n when i was in athelics last year ... and tennis and track

Overall, it took several years to learn how to et right and I bounced up and down with weight and now it's pretty consistant. Take one week at a time and learn about how your body reacts to foods, what makes you hungry and what keeps you feeling good-
well, it took years to build the muscle, it's a life long work in progress :) but, once you get the eating down it becomes so much easier... the fat weight comes down and you begin to see your bodys shape and then you just become so much more motivated.
