I wanted higher self-confidence and a sexy body is an easy way to do it.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it keeps me active and there's always a new goal to reach.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by tracking my progress (in the mirror) a few times a week in the morning. Plus my wife is very supportive and full of compliments.

February 2, 2009- I lifted 300lbs for the first time.
