my short term goal is to bulk upto 94 kg and improve all my lifts particulary benchpress. by summer i would like to cut down to around 7% because this summer i said i would do a proper cut, but i wasnt happy with the amount of mass i gained so im continuing to add more mass, next summer, no matter what im gonna do a proper cut.

Get your diet nailed down and stick to it, whether its bulking or cutting. Diet is the biggest determining factor in muscular development hands down.

Certainly passed getting strong for footy and on your way to many BBing titles. Muscled and ripped upper body front and back with the thick traps and chest, solid delts, arms, forerms and abs. Thick and ripped AND WIDE back. Great job so far. Andre
