ElitePilotMan Also, I forgot to tell you in the last post Marcy. Since I am starting the cutting right at the 8-week mark, I will let you know how the contest turns out. ElitePilotMan Its really just a matter of opinion for how long you should cut before a contest. The key is not starting too early because you lose too much muscle mass. I believe the general consensus is 8-12 weeks out. I started at 8 weeks so as not to lean out too much. Looking good! Take care. - Steve Sep 9, 2012 3:30pm
