I got started when I was 14 years. The reason I started lifting was because when I was 14 I only weighed 86 pounds and I wanted to get bigger.

The reason I love lifting is because it has helped me to be who I am Physically and mentally. Ever since I was 14 I have gained 60 pounds of muscle. Working out has helped me to achieve my physical goals and it has really helped my self esteem.

Hey Marcus, I've been away for awhile, and coming back see you've posted a few new pics. I commented and rated them individually, but wanted to pass along my congrats on your ever improving physique. You are so lean, so the muscle development you have stands out all the more impressively. It's a "look" so many strive for. Most of us have to learn how to "feed the muscle, while starving the fat", but I'm guessing it's just a natural progression in you. You look great.

Hi, how does your workout going on? Any progress in the last few weeks? Do you really weight only 143 lbs. Your body mostly consists of muscles, so it wonders me, that you are so lightweight.
