Goal (Long):
I am now three and a half weeks out from competition (pictures). The diet is getting really hard and cannot wait for it to be over haha. My goal is to place top three in my competition. No matter how i do the journey up to the competition was worth it to know i have the dedication to do something like this

Hey, how do you get that separation between your abs like that. I'm talking about how you have like a canal going up and down between your abs and I can't separate my abs.
