Losing 20 lbs will put my weight under 200 lbs. I need to be lighter because it's hard on my ankle. I broke it very badly a few years back and I wasn't able to do any cardio for a long time. Therefore I put on a lot of weight. It's time to say bye

you know that bad eating. And do not try to tell us about what we are eating. We get all defensive and angry and start talking about what are grandparents ate it did not kill them. LOL What they do not realize is that our grandparents did not eat process foods. Then they walked like many miles a day. LOL
Now when I cook I use real ingredients. No pork turkey in the greens. No margerine but real butter, no accent sea salt or spike. No fat back either. LOL
yea that is the way to go. No fast food, white bread or rice, and soda, or fake juice stuff like hawaian punch crap. I had to tell my friends that. You know how our people eat all that excess grease and crap. Yea diet is a great deal of it. I had to learn that years ago.
I know about that weight gain crap. If I do not eat enough I gain weight. If I eat to much and not workout or if I eat to little and workout I gain weight. That sucks.
Yeah, that eating clean is difficult. I'm still trying to do better. Workout stalled at Tuesday for this week. Perhaps later today and the weekend. Enjoy and keep up the good work!
