Basic Supplementation
At any given time, I am always taking a whey protein during the day(Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard), a casein protein (Optimum Nutriton Casein Protein) right before bed. For my pre-workout meal, I mix in a about 2 scoops of whey protein and a couple scoops of waxymaize. Same sort of thing for post workout. Also for pre-workout in terms of energy and pump, I most often use arginine and caffeine, but am currently trying out Animal Pump.
