How I Started:
I was really thin and my back was so sore that I couldn't even stand still without pain... I started walking around a lake near my home. There was this gym near it and I would gaze it and sortta flert with it. Months later there I was.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding cos it makes me fell good, rejuvenated, strong, passionate. I love felling good with my body and the improvements that come along as you advance with it are terrific.
How I Stay Motivated:
Simply I never stop. It's like taking a shower or going to work -- you have to do it, so I give my 100%.
BB Accomplishments:
Oh, man, simply everything? I was so thin... I think I have to go a long way till I'm really fond of my body, but I fell good. I think my pecs, my arms and my shouders are my great acomplishments to date.

Sam is not from this world. First of all, he is a good friend. A good CANADIAN one. So you know what I mean... He can be as cold and fast as ice melting, but warm and cool at the same time. He has one of the most awesome physiques I've seen in my entire life. Some 240lbs of pure muscle, really shredded, all this built onto an awesome V-shaped torso with big oak legs. His hard work is really getting paid off! I'm really proud of him. He inspires me very much and I hope many more! Congrats, Sam!

Good work on the progress keeping muscle and still dropping that much bodyfat is intense! ive been cutting all of my extra water weight to drop to 155. ive been fighting in the 165 weight class but I want to be as lean as possible so i feel 155 is where i should be.

good to hear bro, my training is good, got my bro and his mate training with me just now, teaching them a few things, so my own training is just to remain constant over the hols then hit it hard over the jan feb and diet till im severly ripped. whats your bf at. one of the boys train ing with me is lewiswalker1, apreciate if you would add him and keep motivated.later dude
