I was really thin and my back was so sore that I couldn't even stand still without pain... I started walking around a lake near my home. There was this gym near it and I would gaze it and sortta flert with it. Months later there I was.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding cos it makes me fell good, rejuvenated, strong, passionate. I love felling good with my body and the improvements that come along as you advance with it are terrific.
How I Stay Motivated:
Simply I never stop. It's like taking a shower or going to work -- you have to do it, so I give my 100%.
BB Accomplishments:
Oh, man, simply everything? I was so thin... I think I have to go a long way till I'm really fond of my body, but I fell good. I think my pecs, my arms and my shouders are my great acomplishments to date.

In the next 6 months I want to really decrease my body fat to 8%.
Also, I want to improve my legs so my pants size change again.
I have some love and hate relationship with my back, too. My lats suck to grow. Really wanna change that, too.
Sam is not from this world. First of all, he is a good friend. A good CANADIAN one. So you know what I mean... He can be as cold and fast as ice melting, but warm and cool at the same time. He has one of the most awesome physiques I've seen in my entire life. Some 240lbs of pure muscle, really shredded, all this built onto an awesome V-shaped torso with big oak legs. His hard work is really getting paid off! I'm really proud of him. He inspires me very much and I hope many more! Congrats, Sam!
At the age of 18 (2009), "Muntine" is exactly what every guy here wants to be. He has this great solid core, mixed up with real gains from hard work. His size is good and proportions are symmetric to the maximum. Plus, his definition is not a bonus, but result of an amazing diet and discipline!
thanks bro...im in a constant push/pull struggle to stay under 8% but make gains in my arms/shoulders...april was probably my leanest but i feel much stronger nowadays...need to find a way to win both battles
Never been complimented on my abs but thank ya. One of them is actually bigger than all the rest lol. Keep hammering those lats, maybe try going with an even wider grip on chins and pulldown?
Thanks bro. I like to isolate mu biceps when i workout with them. Working out not only the whole muscle but breaking it down into its sub groups. Isolation is the KEY.
Hey bro you can mix it up for sure, but just remember staying consistent is more important. Diet is key cardio just speeds up your metabolism and helps burn excess calories, your body might get used to it but thats when you start altering your diet to help you get leaner. Its merely a way to increase your BMR and burn excess calories
To b honest i was at lost when i heard the whole apples are good for staying cut. I can say that i ate an apple a day for 30 Days n my cardio and aeorobics increased my means greater than expected. b4 that i could only do 30-32 Pull ups now 40. I dont know if its entirly from apples mayb just bc i saw it in a Mag mayb it was jst u no "mental" then again i wasnt eating anything thats known for increasing strength. "Damn Jail food sucks" haha I call that my 30 day Jail diet lol..
haha yea, ALL of course, but I would never short change someone with an answer like that. I hate that. I feel like I need more shoulders, traps, and definitely upper chest. Don't really have any good pics of the lats but they're decent in respect to everything else. I'll take leg shots next time I get the camera out for progress. How about yourself improvement wise?
I actually work for abercrombie haha and actually my buddy is pretty much forcing myself to do an ab workout everyday like i used to just because he wants abs so I have to show him the way...looks like a win win to me
Sup Man? Thanks for da Props!! Not bad yourself!! Just recently found out "Believe it or Not" APPLES are great form keeping your physique lean. If your like me not to lean haha..
p.s. Water, Gallon to Gallon 1/2 a day
