I was really thin and my back was so sore that I couldn't even stand still without pain... I started walking around a lake near my home. There was this gym near it and I would gaze it and sortta flert with it. Months later there I was.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding cos it makes me fell good, rejuvenated, strong, passionate. I love felling good with my body and the improvements that come along as you advance with it are terrific.
How I Stay Motivated:
Simply I never stop. It's like taking a shower or going to work -- you have to do it, so I give my 100%.
BB Accomplishments:
Oh, man, simply everything? I was so thin... I think I have to go a long way till I'm really fond of my body, but I fell good. I think my pecs, my arms and my shouders are my great acomplishments to date.

In the next 6 months I want to really decrease my body fat to 8%.
Also, I want to improve my legs so my pants size change again.
I have some love and hate relationship with my back, too. My lats suck to grow. Really wanna change that, too.
What is there to say about Justin? From top to botton he just inspires me to be better, bigger and stronger. A great champion and friend! Keep it up, Justin!
Right now I'm starting my strength training, which is the same rep count, 1 minute breaks, sometimes an additional 30 seconds just to make sure i hit my rep count. That and incorporate some negatives. I'm looking forward to getting so much stronger this winter and start cutting down hopefully in february
Thanks so much man...yeah my diet is on POINT...i just need to train more...i workout from home so i dont have much to work with but its enough. you have some badass arms...i need those!
thanks buddy...that's a huge accomplishment comin down from 20% to 14%...you're half way to single digits man...I've really cleaned my diet, i'm eating every 2 or 3 hours and tiering my carbs to almost none after 5pm...also noticed a difference in lifting heavier, fewer reps but more sets...keep doin work, be there in no time
When you lift do sets of 10/8/6/4, with 1 minute or less intervals. But make sure you get at least one full day of rest where you do carb up and just sit back and relax. And do an ab workout everyday. And never skip a day of legs that will be where you burn most of your calories actually. Hope this helps dude!
I believe my lowest BFP was like 6%? This was in the summer when I did 6 weeks of an Aerobics and Body Conditioning class. But I went from 174-163 so yes I have some tips. First off, you are going to be dying! haha I'm saying reduce your sodium intake DRASTICALLY, that means anything with salts stay away from. No carbs, no fat, straight up lean meat like grilled chicken. Nothing processed. That and do 45 minutes of cardio everyday.
Depends on the day and what im training. its usally around 225g protein, 300-400g of carbs and 60-80g of fat. It also depends on how much you way, thats what my body needs for weighing around 155.
HEY MAN! What's up with ya haha nope not 6% yet. Almost at 220lbs just a few away. Finishing up my protein, gonna pop some caffeine then head to the gym for back day. I'll talk to you later bro!
To be honest, I'm not the ideal person to ask about diet - I don't gain fat easily. My diet consists of (very roughly) a 30%:60%:10% ratio of protein:carbs:fat, but I'm not sure that that means much - I certainly doubt it's 'ideal'.
Bro your already there. Just make sure your hitting cardio in the morning on an empty stomach or right after lifting. Chicken, Brwn rice, oatmeal, banana, lean beef, fish, wheat pasta, almonds. Stick with those foods and your all good.
Haha thanks I think working out does make you look more youthful...Lately I have been pretty busy with school but I'm making sure I hit the gym 3x per week and I'm getting enough protein. I have been cheating a little too much for the holidays but not going to let it get out of hand. Hows training for you at the moment?
Thanks! Actually check out the series I am currently writing here; http://www.bodybuilding.com/fu n/target_training_series.htm
The Chest portion will be out soon. Keep checking in. Brad
thanks man...yeah i knew that i would get some laughs with the leather panties lol...appreciate the comment! Good luck with gaining size to you legs and back!
My diet stays the same, complex carbs for breakfast and 2 hours pre-workout and thats it for them. bout 250g a day protein, i just super set everything lately and its been getting me shredded.
thanks bro...im in a constant push/pull struggle to stay under 8% but make gains in my arms/shoulders...april was probably my leanest but i feel much stronger nowadays...need to find a way to win both battles
