hi sweetie training at the moment is zero,just started training legs last week ,i had shoulder surgery so i wont be able to traib until january,so i am taking it easy.2008 comeback ,wait for the best amrcos. take care

hey darrel no fit form this year ! i won in 2005! lived down south in the beach here u can visit my village www.almunecar.info, it will be a pleasure if u come over some day.right now im out of the game i just had surgery in my left shoulder and waiting for surgery again to get my abdominal hernia done,so till november i wont be able to train.sure will meet next year i will compete in the states so will meet up.take care
