when i was in my elemtary days i was avery skinny boy you know what i mean until in my high school days,so in my college year i started to go to gym and my friends in gym give me the determination to lift harder.

Good job! We're about the same now! I'm just trying to maintain until the end of the holidays and try not to gain too much fat. My workouts are pretty good. Strength is coming up because not dieting too strict. Good work on your part!
you wanna build some shoulders? you gotta try some Arnold shoulder presses, front raises, and side raises. Do 3 sets of 10 of those exercises and go as heavy as you can while keeping form. Good luck!
im doing very well. im on my bulking phase. i'm eating clean foods 8-10x a day and it really minimizes any fat gain. just sick of eating the same food everyday. how about you man?

I'm pretty busy with work, but I still manage pump some iron at home. Hopefully soon I could go back to the gym and do serious stuff.
