awesome workout today . I did chest again . I performed mainly on the Hammer strength machines . I also did 225 for a solid 2 reps woot woot. 205 for 5 reps . I have a real good time establishing all my baseline numbers. i hope to have an epic nect 3 months

I would add on about 250 calories to your day for a week and see if you notice anything if not then add another 250 then stay there until you stagnate on gains or notice you are accumulating fat. I normally make my adjutments in 250 calorie increments.
