punta cana is head over heals better than pp. beach in pp is all rocks, plus the hotels are not as nice. in october I stayed at bahia principe punta cana, sweet resort, awesome beach and food, facilities are massive, no line ups for anything and the beach is not crowded as there are 5 pools that people migrated to instead

great progress! I was doing great with p90x then got sick for a week. I was getting back into and 2 days later I injured my shoulder, what a let down. all in all its been pretty much a month since and now I have to start all over again, oh well!

to be honest, I've been slacking the past couple of weeks...pretty pissed with myself but haven't had much choice. timing really sucks as I'm just getting over my hand/shoulder injury and I'm headed to Italy for 8 days on wednesday...oh well, I'll kick my ass back into it when I get home!

thanks! but i've been slacking off the past 2 weeks...the average training session is about an hour, except for the yoga (I swap in a cardio day instead) which takes 90 minutes. I really like it, really intense, definately something everybody should try atleast once in their lifetime. progress looks great on you! keep it up!

I love p90x! yes the moves are a litle difficult at the start but they will get easier. my first couple of workouts I almost threw up and I thought I was in decent shape! I don't do any of their supplements but I take protein on a regular basis.

p90x is pretty good. I was looking for something different because I was getting tired of the gym scene, people talking more than working out... I'm starting hockey this weekend so that will give me a hand in leaning out. I've been stuck at 17-18% bodyfat for the longest time, just can't seem to shake it and its starting to piss me off. I've been happy with my size and strenght for a long time but want to be ripped...oh well, got to keep going...

for sure, I was always amazed at how many guys neglect their legs at the gym. they walk around with a 48 inch chest, benching 300 lbs but can't do a squat if their life depended on it!

sweet, good stuff! its finally warming up in Montreal, it hit 21 celcius today so I rode my bike for 90 minutes. its about bloody time, no more snow! playing hockey tomorrow, so my legs will be feeling the burn. my biceps are still killing me from back & bi on wednesday, no pain no gain! have a good weekend!

cool! I have no problem with the clean eating, except for beer and wine, lol. I'll try getting my bike ride in first thing in the morning instead of late afternoon. thanks!

cool, I'm not big on the yoga or kenpo so I usually ride my bike or play hockey on those days. you teach spinning, thats awesome. do you ride other than the spinning bike?
