Sorry to hear about the injury. I am kinda nursing a left arm/shoulder problem but I keep working out doing my lower body routine, abs, and the upper body movements that I can do without pain. Gotta go do cardio this afternoon.

Yeah, I hardly ever did Kempo- I didn't think it was that great of a workout, there's other cardio I'd rather do. I didn't really like doing the yoga- but it was good workout. I'm working with a trainer right now and he has me doing a lot more legs then we did in p90x...we'll see how it works out...got to keep mixing it up!

Okay tried writing you back from my BB and guess it didn't take.
This weeks workout has kicked my butt as usual!! I did chest sunday...back mon...legs tues...shoulders wed...and ill b doin my bics and tics today!! Tom will b lots of cario lol I'm feelin good though!
I did it twice last year and then the beginning of this year. I took a few months off in between each time. I did it with a couple other people during our lunch breaks at our work gym. This last round we did mostly the weight workouts on m,w,and F. I teach spin on T,TR and then usually just run or swim on the weekends.
Thank you! If you really wanna know the secret- here goes! One hour of cardio on an empty stomach in the morning (low intensity)- no carbs after 3pm, weight train in the evenings and another session of cardio after weights- for 20-30 minutes. And of course VERY clean diet- egg whites, chicken breasts, fish, oatmeal, rice, blah blah blah =)
After my show I had some pizza and other junk- and wow it was sooooooo good, I almost forgot how it tasted! lol Lookin good partner =)
