Background
I've been gaining weight and I recently decided to do something about it. I want to be about it and not talk about it... so I started walking at the track one day. I later moved my workouts to the gym where I now work out 5 days week. I think starting is the hardest part, but once you start you must stick to it and it will become a habit that you wont want to break.
I love working out because it makes me feel good. Working out not only changes my body physically but it also helps me mentally. All the tension is gone after a good workout.
