dont use machines! just use free weights, dont be isolating the muscles with machines. stick to doing bench press, squats and deadlifts and add in some isolation movements like tricep extensions
yea u can. but dont even think about doing roids ur far far to young!! u dont need them as ur full of testosterone anyway coz ur a teen! yea do sit ups even when bulking, u still want to have abs for when u start to cut!
yea get mammoth and u will be on ur way, bad thing is its full of sugar so it will be a dirty bulk!! but u say u want the weight so its good!! for chest i normally do, 3 sets of bench press, incline bench press, incline dumbells (as im focusing on upper pecs at the minute) then flyes, and cable cross overs.
800 calories is not nearly enough!!! average man eats 2500 calories a day. uif u want to bulk up u need to be hiting around 4000+. if u dont replace the calories ur burning of in the gym ur not gona get anywer. and i dont mean eat 3 kebabs, u need good clean calories!
wel! was in LA fitness for a while there, now im doing a course in personal training so not in a gym at present! what u looking to do bulk up i suppose? basicaly u need a weight gain, i advise mammoth 2500 (2 shakes a day will add 2500 calories to ur diet which u need to bulk) and lift a weight wer u can get no more than 10-12 reps and do 3 sets. good luck with ur goals and give me a shout if u need more info on anything.
