When I Started: Apr, 2006
How I Started: Wanted to build a better body, I had built up quite alot of fat in college, even though I play baseball, through 7 days a week of drinking and not looking at what was happening to my body. I graduated and saw pictures of me...it all started then.
Why I Love It: I love it. Simple as that I love training.
How I Stay Motivated: Look at pictures of me in college, looking in the mirror, playing sports.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I sprained my AC joint. I was out for 3 months. I went to physical therapy and I still have to be careful about what I am doing.

I am using the workout tracker. Pretty neat little thing there.
Finally got into a gym. Its nice when your company opens a gym about 10 miles from where you work.
All the amenities for free. Can't beat that.

Hello, I am still here. My diet and exercise is in check, with improvements to be made of course- always room for that. When I first started losing weight I was 331 pounds, I am now at 313 pounds, yippee! Keto has been a blessing to me. How are you doing? Nasty, that... but good thing it wasn't as bad as it could have been. What did you do to cause it? (I think you mentioned some sort of athletic move - baseball?... lol... I'm not exactly good with my sport jargon.) How long did it take to heal?

Regarding my previous inquiry on your strain: I meant to ask - (as in end the sentence with a question mark) - was that bleeding from a torn muscle? Looks like it was painful!
