How I Started:
Wanted to build a better body, I had built up quite alot of fat in college, even though I play baseball, through 7 days a week of drinking and not looking at what was happening to my body. I graduated and saw pictures of me...it all started then.
Why I Love It:
I love it. Simple as that I love training.

Look at pictures of me in college, looking in the mirror, playing sports.

So sorry to hear that. It takes a long time to get back into it, but be persistent, NEVER give up. You will get there in time, let your body be your guide in telling you when its too much. Best of luck!
What are you doing to yourself? The sunburn, the 2nd grade strain...I have a 2nd grade ham Tear and it never looked like that...OWWW! Takes a long time to heal doesn't it? Best wishes in your goals.
