marathonmom262 Rocked out shoulders and cardio this morning with biceps sore from yesterday. Resting and re-hydrating to prep for my 10-mile run at 6am!

brattie42 Hi MarathonMOM, Looks like you just recently started the program too. I'm on day 14 tomorrow and I hate the scale too! Ugh, I see you're doing some cardio still, do you feel like that is getting you results faster? I'm the type of person that needs to see some results to stay motivated and I'm not seeing any yet.
