For almost 5 months now i have been working out quite religiously. I eat as healthy as i can will myself to and I am lifting 30 pounds more than i was a month ago. I drink whey protein and lipton green tea (idk if i should be doing that)

and will all the working out, i am with no doubt...

Hi.. I wouldnt think that i would ever be this far and be able to inspire someone but i am.. I didnt think when i first started that i would get far or get any results but i did because i stayed with it and pushed though.. You can do the same .. Just believe in yourself and do it .. Thats it .. If you need anything , Just ask..:)
