I started really hitting the weights hard when I played football in college. After an injury, I had to take almost two years off! The outcome from lack of training is... I became terribly out-of-shape .
Why I Love It:
I love the amount of energy it gives me during each day. It also gives you a sense of pride seeing progress and knowing it was hard work and determination that got you there.
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to get into the best shape of my life!
BB Accomplishments:
I'm not a bodybuilder so I do not have any accomplishments. Only lift to stay in shape.
Let me tell you a little background first. I have a buddy who is about 5'10 (3 inches shorter then me), I have known this guy for years and we both have been athletic all of our lives. We played a lot of basketball prior to me moving to Chicago a few years back so now I only see him maybe twice...
