How I Started:
Been doing it on and off since I was around 17, started off toying with dumbells then worked up to more strenuous workouts
Why I Love It:

Feeling your body gradually growing bigger, and of course stronger. The sense of achievement after reaching a new max lift stays with you.
How I Stay Motivated:

Hey, just wanted to let you know that I'm in a contest on Kani-ladies. com and I want your vote (I need over 500)! Just click the trip to paris icon in the corner, then go to the voting section, and type in Katie Hall and vote for me!!! It would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! <3

Thanks Bro... One of these days I'll get some more info up. Too busy needlessly clicking around bodyspace at all the phenomenal physiques! Good luck with your goals Bro!
