How I Started:
Been doing it on and off since I was around 17, started off toying with dumbells then worked up to more strenuous workouts
Why I Love It:
Seeing the results.
Feeling your body gradually growing bigger, and of course stronger.
How I Stay Motivated:
By knowing that smaller and younger guys can lift more. Its an incentive to up my limits and keep lifting!

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
6-12 is my range, trying to build strength as well as mass
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
1.5 to 2 mins. Give myself a chance to recover for next set
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Sometimes watch clips from films like 300, Ong Bak, Rocky, or sometimes just watch youtube vids of ppl hauling ass on the bench press. Gives me something to work towards

Why do you need to wait till your bf% is down before posting more pics...the whole point of this site is to track your progress. Don't be ashamed of your body...you need to be able to look at what you've got and put the effort into changing it into something better!
