Im just looking to lose weight and bulk up with muscle instead of fat.
Goal (Long):
My ultimate goal is Id love to do a bodybuilding comp just to see what its like but at the minute Im totally out of shape and have a lot of excess weight on me thats causing me health problems. Short term goals are just getting to the point where I feel healthier and have devolped to a point where Im not so self aware and have some kinda noticable gains I can be proud of and build on.
Im so glad Im starting to enjoy my training again. Ive learned not to be too fixed on my goal and enjoy the journey and effort it takes to get there. Im still being sick nearly everytime after Ive trained but you cant have everything! Im increasing in strength and so far staying injury free, so...
