I was extremely over weight and knew i needed to change. I was always one of those kids that loved bodybuilding, i loved looking at the magazines. When i noticed how Fat i got i wanted to change. Thats when i did so. I went from 248 lbs and 32% body fat to 198 lbs and 12.5% body fat. its been all down hill from there. i want to compete thats my next goal...
Why I Love It:
I really like the attention I get when people look at me or just the questions I get asked. Most of all I like the shape I'm in now but I'm not done yet i have a lot of goal that lie a head. and i cant wait to accomplish them
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at what a fat ass i used to be and knowing that every time i go to the gym im bettering my look and getting bigger. I feel great every time i leave and it keeps me going back DAILY!!
BB Accomplishments:
Going from 248lbs and 32% body fat to 12.5% body fat and 198lbs.
I WANT TO COMPETE, GET MY DIET RIGHT, AND WIN......
Goal (Long):
I hit one of my goals that i put as long term but it didnt take that long which is a good thing!! So i will redo my goals because in the eyes of a bodybuilder we are never finished.. My new gaol is 260lbs by May, that should give me enough time to diet down for my show in August!! I will be ripped and shredded as hell!! Im 245lbs now so that gives me 5 months to put on 15 lbs.. wish me luck
My first time to the olympia and it was a blast i am going to have to make it a yearly thing. Who all else went. also i think phil heath should have taken at least second..
