Well I started really hitting the gym hard 3 yrs ago. I have always looked up to bodybuilders but was always to busy working and stuffing my face with Mcgarbage to notice that i went from an athletic person to a butterball, When i did notice it just made me more upset at myself and the eating got worse and i blew up to 248lbs and 32% bodyfat before i started doing anything about it, thats when i met Kyle, he was the trainer that took Zena Collins Pro, had her 9th in the world in one yr, So i figured what the hell might as well do it its now or never, within 6 months i got down to 198lbs and 12.5% bodyfat, i havent looked back since. Now i am a small 255lbs and 14.5% bodyfat i am hoping to gain another 20 - 30lbs of muscle in the next 3 months so i can start to diet down for my show next June, Come see me win.. this is my year and no one will stop me....

Why I Love It:
I love Bodybuilding because of the way i feel, it makes me motivated not only in the gym but every aspect in life, i want to be the type of bodybuilding competitor that also helps motivate others the way my trainer helped motivate me. Bodybuilding is a life style that i love living and glad i took this route instead of heading down the one i was going down.
How I Stay Motivated:
Every time i look in the mirror and see a difference in my body it is like fuel on a fire just gets me going a lot harder. i am hoping to do the show here in Tennessee in June of 2010. I want to come in hard and lean. I stay motivated because i know i have more to build and more to prove. i know i can be one of the best in the sport if I keep trying my hardest i will succeed.
BB Accomplishments:
Going from 248lbs and 32% body fat to 12.5% body fat and 198lbs.
June 2010 that's my month to take the world by storm.. No one will see me coming.
Goal (Long):
I hit one of my goals that i put as long term but it didnt take that long which is a good thing!! So i will redo my goals because in the eyes of a bodybuilder we are never finished.. My new goal is 275lbs by Febuary, that should give me enough time to diet down for my show in June 2010!! I will be ripped and shredded as hell!! Im 255lbs now so that gives me 3 months to put on 20 lbs.. wish me luck
My first time to the olympia and it was a blast i am going to have to make it a yearly thing. Who all else went. also i think phil heath should have taken at least second..
