amateur mma, i'm doing a lot more muscle endurance lifting (still heavy a couple times a week though) and a lot of other training like grappling, boxing, speed and agility work etc.

pretty good, i'm holdin on to my weight pretty well and thinkin I should be able to make my goal of 190+ on stage so i'm happy...btw, congrats on your competition!

i usually just do 3-4 sets of straight hanging leg raises to failure everyday after my lift. for chest i do 3x6 for incline and flat bench, then 2x8 for decline and db fly (i do this 3x a week)...thanks for the support man

goin alright, took the last week off cuz i did a guest posing at my school's annual bb comp...pretty happy with how i looked...how bout you?

no cardio, but I am liftin 2x a day right now so I'm burnin a lot. I eat primarily low glycemic carbs with the exception of the lactate from my milk in the morning (about 325+), lots of protein, and a good amount of fats (70+ primarily mono/poly unsaturated) making sure to get them in the morning for the metab boost and at night to support hormone production...I have one cheat meal on Sundays
