I started in High School playing football. But after I got out of school it all went down hill. Now I'm trying to get back into it.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel good about myself. Plus get back into shape for softball.
How I Stay Motivated:
I can't stay motivated. Hopefully by joining this new gym and get around others that workout, I might be able to.

Leg Curls: set 1 20 reps @ 30lbs, set 2 16 reps @ 35lbs and set 3 16 reps @ 35lbs

I'll tell you this...at our age, there is always something going on. That's how we got here to the bodies that we have. We are still hoping to get back to the body we used to have. Nut up and make some time brother or tomorrow will bring along some other bull****.
