well i ve always been an athlete but i was influenced by my brother to start lifting. Since then its been impossible to stop!
Why I Love It:
Something to do, it a lot of fun for me. And more importantly watching your body change and get better is nothing short of amazing.

seeing other guys my age, with the same height and weight showing tremendous improvement

Going great, had an awesome chest routine on Sun and getting ready to hammer the biceps this moring. I'm really starting to make some awesome gains and my BF is on a downward trend.
