Overall Goal: I got a Heart defect. The Dr said to totally stop Weight Training which is a bad news for me for sure I hate not being able to work out. But I'll wait I guess to get better.

Takin madicine and doing light jogging. Hope I'll be back in the GYM some day soon
From the childhood I was inpired by looking at Body builders Photos and how amazing and strong they look . Then I got on my way to build a Body that gets attention.
Why I Love It:
I love it cuz It keeps me Healthy. Fit. I love the pump and being powerfull. I love looking different and better than others. This is why I love it too.. Health is Wealth..........
How I Stay Motivated:
Motivation is always there for me .. But I want to get into Fitness Modeling some day so that keeps it always Alive for me.
BB Accomplishments:
I have been into Work out .. On and Off for years but I decdied in 2007 to never miss the GYM... so u can see where I am..

I'm doin light weight training nowadays ..I'm getting more musclar but sure no gains . I'm happy with the size of my body only arms I would like to improve more in size .. and get crazy lean as time go on. Happy that finally I'm able to lift weights no matter how light it is. I could never...
I've been trying to gain some weight, but it's so hard so far... I started using cell ucor M5 3 weeks ago and added 7 lbs so far... I'm training 4/week...
Ok... u can do moderate exercise for now... working out frequently diminishes blood pressure, and that's the goal for both you and your heart. No big deal with that. We all should have to be patience anyway :) keep it up, bro...

thanks for the shout out man. training's going well for me. i'm cutting so i've added cardio to my daily routine in an effort to shred some bf. running with my crazy dog--about 30 to 35 miles a week. making slow but steady progress. hoping to get your kind of def brother!
