I am both honored as well as humbled by your words. I thank you for taking the time to write and to say the things you did. My main objective in life is to assist as many people as possible in achieving or even surpassing their fitness goals and/or dreams and having them enjoy the many benefits that comes with it. If someone compliments me such as you have, I consider that a wonderful bonus.
Stay strong.
thanks man, i'm closing in on my target weight of 182. i'm hitting arms, abs and chest big time. and trying to shred the bf%. currently @ 12 which is a PR. hoping to be lean and mean in 2010. holidays have been a friggin' challenge though. you got your new years plans already?
Sorry to hear about the heart disease but sometimes by overcoming the bitterness of disease man learns the sweetness of health and returns to fitness stronger and more focused than ever. I wish you good health along with focus, strength and determination and may God bless.
Remember: "Every day may not be great, but there's something great in every day."
gotta give you props on the abs and your determination man. keep pushing and don't lose sight of it. your discipline is impressive! surviving the holidays?
Thanks. I train 5 days/week working on specific body parts. I really need to get definition in my quads, bigger bicpes, and bigger lats. I have gained some muscular size in the last few weeks. You are lookin great. Congratulations.
I've been trying to gain some weight, but it's so hard so far... I started using cell ucor M5 3 weeks ago and added 7 lbs so far... I'm training 4/week...
Ok... u can do moderate exercise for now... working out frequently diminishes blood pressure, and that's the goal for both you and your heart. No big deal with that. We all should have to be patience anyway :) keep it up, bro...
Thanks for the great compliment! You have built a solid physique yourself. I can certainly appreciate what means to be unable to work out. Keep doing what you can and everything will work its way out for the best.
