Lower body -160-161 Showing Off
I saw this picture and realized how big I'd gotten below the waist. I decided to really attack my pooch and thighs. I have been researching approaches ever since.
I'm liking what I see. Still a little heavy on the hips but I feel like I'm building up the top to balance out the bottom.

I think I see a little change. Up top is definitely getting smaller, but where I want to lean out is below the waist. What a cruel joke nature has played...

I think this is a nice photo. I'm still not as proportioned on my bottom as I'd like to be. A little widening of the lats would probably help this.

Some guys may like this view but I think it could use some improvement. Particularly the backs of the thighs. Horrendous!

I have considerably less hip and thigh and more definition on shoulders and arms.
