Girl, looking at these pictures you are actually an hourglass, not a pear shape. I wish I had as ample a chest and shapely hips as you do. A side photo would help. Very cute.

I still need to get a hold of my eating. I like sugar, a lot! I think I'll see more gains once I get a hold of that. Thanks for asking, tell little dude I said hi.

Hi. Thanks. I'm working on those last few nagging pounds. I feel the hard muscle coming now I want to be able to actually see them!

Just remember it doesn't have to be a long workout, just an intense one! Do one exercise for each body part as heavy as you can go, for as long as you can go with each one and I'll bet you'll get those gains back in no time! Do the cardio for 20-30 mins on your none training days.Just make sure you sweat!

Things are going pretty well, I've dropped some weight and some of the lower ab flab. I guess it's because I'm changing my eating habits. you know...less sugar, less fat, more clean foods so I should see more progress soon. Thanks for the encouragement!
