How I Started:
I just made up my mind that I would finally really get my body in the shape I want it to be in. That means leaner and muscular. I want to be able to shop for clothes and be happy with what I see in the mirror.
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel like I'm really doing something that will have a result. I like feeling muscle rather than flab. I feel a sense of accomplishment.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at pictures of other women in my same height, weight and age range who have succeeded and look great.
BB Accomplishments:
I haven't done anything major yet. I want to be able to do pullups and chin ups and majorly define my thighs, behind and abs.

Lower body -160-161 Showing Off
I saw this picture and realized how big I'd gotten below the waist. I decided to really attack my pooch and thighs. I have been researching approaches ever since.
I'm liking what I see. Still a little heavy on the hips but I feel like I'm building up the top to balance out the bottom.

Main Goal:
Transform My Body
Goal (Overall):
To see more definition in abdominals and lower body. To be a healthy weight and feel good about myself. To fill out my upper body to be more symetric with my lower.
Goal (Long):
My goal is to lose 2-3 lbs more and have body fat between 21-25%. I want to be able to see the difference in my lower half from photo to photo. I to see muscularity in my upper back, arms, abs and legs and to try to get rid of as much thigh and butt cellulite as I can. I plan to do this by finding a clean eating diet I can stick with and doing about three to four times a week weight training along with cardio (treadmill, cycling,aerobic DVD's) for 30-45 minutes on the days I don't weight train. I am changing up the exercises as I go so I don't get bored. I may try the PS90x DVD's next. Also will be getting a chin up bar at some point.
