Sunday- chest-Flat Barbell press 5 sets 6 reps, Flat Dumbell Flyes 3 sets 8 reps

Monday-Legs/Back- Deadlift 5 sets 6 reps,Barbell rows 5 sets 6 reps-dumbell step ups 3 sets 8 reps

Tuesday-off

Wednesday-shoulde rs.Barbell Military Press 5 sets 6 reps,Upright Rows 3 sets 8 reps

Thursday-arms-Dumbell curls 3 sets 6 reps,concentration curls 3 sets 8 reps..Skullcrushers 4 sets 6 reps..Pushups 3 sets to failure

Friday-Off
Saturday-off
