So I just finished my first week of BFL. I feel great, its easier to go to the gym when I have a purpose. Hopefully next week will be the same.

The baby is sleeping pretty well at night. I got a jogging stroller to put the kids in and walk. They sleep when we walk so I'm exhausted and they are ready to play when we get home. My check up is next week, so if the doctor says its okay I'll start running soon.

Things are going pretty well, I've been able to take the boys for walks and I've really been eating better. I'm 5 pounds down only 25 to go!

Thanks for the comment and Yes they baby is starting to go down for a nap when big brother does. I don't really have a workout video that I enjoy, but I'll try to get one this weekend. I am nursing and it seems to be going well. Its just hard to see so much extra flab.

Thanks for the advice. I plan on starting BFL as soon as my doctor clears me at my postpartum check up.
