Hi! Thanks for the comment! I am working on it! WHile I've been working out for awhile now, I've just gotten serious about clean eating the past 3 weeks. I can already tell a difference, especially in my stomach from that change. Do you track your calories daily or anything? Do you allow yourself any cheat meals during a typical week? I am full of questions:)

Hi there! Thanks for the add! I am new to this site:) Still need to get some pics up.
Right now I am following Tosca's "Eating Clean" regime pretty much. I'm allowing myself 1 cheat day a week where I can eat what I want (or I will hurt someone, haha!). I am also trying to make sure I get 120-139g protein a day, and trying to keep the carbs/fats balanced too. A work in progress for sure:)
