Overall Goal: I don't really want to loose any weight per se, but would like to loose a some body fat. And I'd like to be lean (especially in my abs) and just be healthy. To be a role model to my friends, family and personal training clients!

I've been working out religiously for about 5 years. I've gotten more into weight training the last 2. I was overwight 5 years ago, at 170 lbs. Got down to business and lost the weight. As I have gotten more into weight training, I've seen my body change even more.
Why I Love It:
Its my coping skill. I love the way my body feels after a good workout. Constantly trying to live healthier and promote wellness to friends, family and my clients.
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading fitness magazines, feeling good about myself!

lol, thanks for the comment! It is VERY cool that we share the same stats! You're right too, it's neat how we are proportioned differently. How are things going for you lately?
