I have always wanted to work out, just no time and no money, now I am in the middle of a divorce, and I still have neither, but I am making time for myself, i quit smoking and started working out..even trade i think.
Why I Love It:
Everyday I see something new in my muscle tone changing, and I know that one day, i will really love who i am.
How I Stay Motivated:
Well the fact that my personal trainer is hot helps...LOL, but basically for the same reasons above.
BB Accomplishments:
my boobs actually shrunk a size and a 1/2.

BW Squats - 3 sets of 15
Straight Leg Dead lifts - 3 sets of 15, with 5 lb weights.
it's not about how much weight you lose, it's how u look! haha.. that was rather shallow, wasn't it?! that's awesome about the legs!! I WANNA SEE THESE LEGS!! :)
