Its almost the end of week one and I couldnt feel better. I can honestly say that I haven't been this committed to dieting and working out ever in my life. Its a good feeling to know that you have so many people supporting you. We work in a company where we support one another in any aspect of fitness, whether it be bulking, cutting or anything really. Excited to see what type of results I can accomplish at the end of the 12 weeks!

At some point you have to look at yourself and ask yourself if youre really happy with what youve done with your body however many years youve been alive. my answer is absolutely not. its embarassing to put pictures of yourself up, entirely out of my comfort zone, not something i would ever do. maybe you need people to laugh at you, maybe you need to embarass yourself to get motivated. i hope at the end of the 12 weeks, i can look back and look nothing like i did at this moment. thank you to... Well, essentially it was time that I get my act together. There is a sense of not feeling comfortable within your own self, which is where I felt I am at. Thankfully, I work for a company that pushes their employees to their greatest heights! I am excited to start this journey with the next 12 weeks ahead. I want to do this to prove to myself that I CAN DO IT, that i have the drive, the ambition to do this. Ready... #BEASTMODE
