Its almost the end of week one and I couldnt feel better. I can honestly say that I haven't been this committed to dieting and working out ever in my life. Its a good feeling to know that you have so many people supporting you. We work in a company where we support one another in any aspect of fitness, whether it be bulking, cutting or anything really. Excited to see what type of results I can accomplish at the end of the 12 weeks!

Well, essentially it was time that I get my act together. There is a sense of not feeling comfortable within your own self, which is where I felt I am at. Thankfully, I work for a company that pushes their employees to their greatest heights! I am excited to start this journey with the next 12 weeks ahead. I want to do this to prove to myself that I CAN DO IT, that i have the drive, the ambition to do this. Ready... #BEASTMODE
