My goal is to bench over 400 and build my overall whole body strength. I'm an amature strongman and want to give it hell with every contest and every event.
My overall goal is, over the next 9 months, to put some decent muscle on my legs and upper body and to lose the remaining excess fat from my stomach and face, as I have rather chubby cheeks :)
It's going very slow, due to a old lower back injury! I've had to take it easy. Anything I do tweeks it. I'm doing my own rehad right now. It sucks, but I'll make it!
